Compensation Plan
The YOR Distributorship Opportunity is not a job, but an opportunity to own your own home-based business.  This Distributorship Opportunity is meant for individuals, of majority age, who are interested in earning income by working hard and selling products.  All dollar figures presented within this Compensation Plan brochure, whether stated or implied, are based on hypothetical values, and shall not be construed as actual income earned.

Qualified Distributor
At YOR, Distributors are an important asset to the company. That is why we reward Distributors with the most generous and modern compensation plan in direct selling. There are 5 ways to earn income through YOR’s Compensation Plan. Keep in mind that the Autoship Program (recommended but not required) is the surest way to take full advantage of the compensation plan. Once you are enrolled as a Distributor or a Select Customer (SC) who is eligible and qualified to become a Distributor, you may participate in the multiple streams of income the YOR compensation plan has to offer.

5 Multiple Streams of Income
When you enroll as a Distributor or an SC who qualifies and activates to become a Distributor, you are eligible to earn commissions. Commissions are paid on matched levels of the left and right Group Product Volume (GPV) accumulated in your distribution community. (See Diagram 2). Below are the 5 multiple streams to earn commissionable income.

1. Retail Sales
Retail sales allow you to earn income by purchasing products at the wholesale price.  When you sell these products to your customer at retail price, you earn the immediate profit. Direct retail sales will serve as an immediate income for you as you build a long-term base of satisfied customers. In fact, many of your best Distributors will likely come from the ranks of your retail customers.

2. Product Commissions
When Registered Retail Customers (RRCs), SCs and Distributors in your distribution community purchase products online, you will receive GPV that counts towards your Bankable Commissions.

3. Autoship Commissions
Refer your RRCs, SCs and Distributors to enjoy the convenience of Autoshipping their personal products right to their doorstep! However, the benefits don’t just end with your customers. Since you are the one referring the RRCs, SCs and Distributors you will enjoy the GPV generated from every purchase. Plus, you will continue to earn repeated GPV as long as the RRCs, SCs and Distributors order products through the Autoship Program.

4. Product Commissions from Customer Referring
Other Customers

When Customers and Distributors refer their friends and family to enroll as RRCs, SCs or Distributors to purchase YOR products, you will also receive GPV that counts towards your Bankable Commissions.

5. Leadership Bonuses
We have reserved 2% of the total company GPV for our qualifying Leadership Elite. The Leadership Bonus compensates Distributors who build large and successful distribution communities that sell products. Each week, the 2% Leadership Bonus will be divided among qualifying 2 Star Diamond Directors and above. This makes our compensation plan not only very exciting but extremely lucrative for those interested in participating. (See Diagram 5)

What is Group Product Volume?
When you refer RRCs, SCs and Distributors who continuously order products through their membership, you receive GPV from their purchases. If you enroll or qualify to become a Distributor, after accepting the Distributor terms and conditions, you can accumulate up to 6,000 GPV on both the left and right side of your Profit Center(s) for commissions.

Autoship products and receive more benefits!

Receive up to 10% in discounts on all YOR products.
Enjoy the convenience of automatic delivery.
When you Autoship products, you can earn Personal Product Volume (PPV) that counts towards keeping your Distributorship active.
When your distribution community Autoships products, you can earn GPV that counts towards your Bankable Commissions.

Re-Entry Certificates
When you maximize a profit center, not only do you receive a generous commission, you also get 2 re-entry certificates that allow you to re-enter and place 2 additional Profit Centers somewhere in your distribution community.
Re-entry is a reward you earn when you reach 6,000 GPV on the left and 6,000 GPV on the right of any one PC by the end of the week, Friday at 5 PM PST. Re-entry allows you the potential to earn more weekly commissions on top of your maximized Profit Center. Re-entry not only allows you the benefits of an additional Profit Center, it also contributes and generates GPV for the members in your distribution community all the way up to your PC1.

To register a Profit Center using your Re-Entry Certificates, you must email CustomerCare@yor.com with the following:
Your Username.
Placement information.
200 PPV worth of product orders to register the new Profit Center.

The following Rules apply towards your PC re-entry:
Re-entry Certificates are non transferable.
Only 2 Re-Entry Certificates will be issued for each maximized PC.
200 PPV used to register your new Profit Center may not be used for GPV or Maintenance.
First two re-entries may be placed in any open position in your distribution community that is not directly under yourself.
After the first two re-entries, each additional re-entry can only be placed under at least five levels of active Distributors within your distribution community.
All re-entries cannot be placed directly under one another.

Distributor Administration
To help you keep track of all of your business, we have an admin website, which is an online system that lets you log in with your own unique username and password to track the volume being generated in your community. In a matter of minutes, you can view what is happening in your community, who is becoming a Distributor, what orders are being processed and what commission checks you are qualifying for. It’s a great management tool and very simple to use.

Notice Profit Center One (PC 1) has a left and right branch. You being PC 1, have generated 200 Personal Product Volume (optional) from ordering your favorite YOR products. By purchasing 200 PPV worth of products, you have now reserved/activated your PC 1.* Since you have enjoyed the many benefits of personally using the products, you have decided to recommend your favorite products to some of your friends and family. Jack, your brother who enrolls as an SC, orders 250 PV worth of products, and enjoys the savings he is receiving through the discounts. Jill, a neighbor who enrolls as a Distributor, orders 250 PV worth of products and receives the same member discounts as you and Jack.

Since you sponsored and referred Jack and Jill, not only can they enjoy up to 10% in discounts on YOR products, their product orders will also generate GPV for you. When 250 GPV is generated on the left side, and 250 GPV on the right side, you will bank 250 Match Points on PC 1.

As long as you maintain as an active Distributor and are in compliance with the Distributor Agreement, you can earn commissions based on GPV generated in your distribution community.**

*Reservation/Activation of Profit Centers (PC 1, PC 2, PC 3) must be completed within the first 4 Fridays of your enrollment date. Product purchases totaling 200 PPV will reserve/activate 1 Profit Center (PC1) and product purchases totaling 400 PPV will reserve/activate 3 Profit Centers (PC 1, PC 2, PC 3).

**To maintain as an active Distributor, you must have 100 PPV for 1 PC, or 200 PPV for Multiple PCs, every 4 weeks.


Now that you have your first 250 Match Points, what does that mean to you?  View the Weekly Commission Levels above (Diagram 2) to calculate your initial earnings and all future potential earnings for generating GPV.

In Diagram 2, you can see here that when you have a minimum of 250 GPV on your left and 250 GPV on your right, you’ll earn an approximate dollar value of $50 dollars. This is an introductory commission check for first-time Distributors. When you’ve reached 500 GPV on the left and 500 GPV on the right, you will earn an approximate dollar value of $100 dollars.

With the power of great products, coupled with the power of duplication, you can potentially see exponential growth happening within your distribution community. The number of Distributors, SCs and RRCs you can enroll is unlimited and they can be placed on either side of your PCs to generate GPV. The maximum GPV that can count towards bankable commissions is 6,000 per week.  The excess volume (up to 5,000 GPV per leg) will carry over and count towards the following week.

*Introductory Level of 250 LEFT – 250 RIGHT will only be paid once to first-time Distributors
**Bonus Levels are for Qualified and Active 2 Star Diamond Directors and above. (See Diagram 5)

As you can see the distribution community on your left has sold products worth 6,000 GPV and the distribution community on your right has sold products worth 6,000 GPV, which means PC 1 now has 6,000 Match Points, which is approximately $1,200 per week. (See Diagram2) If you are able to maximize your PC 1 each week, you can potentially earn approximately $62,400 per year!

By this time, you will probably have another 2 friends and family, Adam and Beth, who you referred as Distributors or SCs to purchase YOR products.  If you only have 1 PC, you will have to place them under your other Distributors or SCs in the distribution community.

If each of your Distributors or SCs generates 6,000 GPV:
PC1: 12000 LEFT & 12000 RIGHT = 6000 Match Points = Approx. $1,200/wk ≈ $62,400/yr

Although you carry over 5,000 on the Left side, and 5,000 on the Right side for PC 1, you will still be capped at $62,400 per year.

If you intend to build a large and successful YOR distribution community, you can maximize your earning potential by activating 3 PCs.* Building with 3 PCs is essentially the same as beginning with one; the advantage of the 3 PCs is that you will build 2 PCs, and be paid on 3 (PC 1, PC 2, PC 3).  Now that you have 3 PCs, Jack, Adam, Beth and Jill will all be placed directly under your own PCs.

When your Distributor’s or SC’s distribution community generates 6,000 GPV as displayed in Diagram 3, you can now maximize your earning potential with 3 PCs versus 1 PC. Also, with 3 PCs maxing out, you can be eligible for the 3 Star Diamond Leadership Bonus Pool and the additional bonus levels reserved for 2 Star Diamond Directors and above.**

Not only can you potentially quadruple your commissions, you will still carryover 2,000 on the LEFT and 2,000 on the RIGHT for PC 1

* To reserve/activate 3 PCs, you must purchase 400 PPV worth of products within the first 4 Fridays of your enrollment date.
** See Diagram 5 for hypothetical examples per share and Diagram 2 for additional bonus levels. Look at complete Compensation Plan in your Distributor Admin online for Leadership requirements.
*** Cap at the 10,000 Commission Level if you qualify as a two star Diamond Director or above. (See Diagram 2)
**** 50% of the entire Company’s weekly product volume is guaranteed to be paid out.  48% goes into the Match Points Pool, 2% goes into the Leadership Bonus Pool.  Match Point value is based off of 48% of the entire company’s weekly product volume divided by the total number of Match Points generated by all active Distributors.



When you move up the Leadership Ranks and reach 2 Star Diamond Director or above, you may participate in a 2% Leadership Bonus Pool. 2% of the overall sales of the company go into this Leadership Bonus Pool. You can earn shares of the bonus pool based in part on the number of Profit Centers you are maximizing. So on top of your regular commissions, you can imagine, this can be a tremendous additional income.

Leadership Bonus Pool Qualifications:

Leader must be ranked 2 Star Diamond Director or above.
Generate at least 200 PPV during the current 4 week cycle. (maintenance).
Maximize at least 2 PCs during the current week.
Maximize at least 1 PC the previous week.
Help your personally sponsored Distributor earn first commission.
If you are Under 5 Years in the Program:
Help a different personally sponsored Distributor earn a commission check once every 4 week cycle.  Every time you help your personally sponsored Distributor earn a commission check, this requirement for your Leadership Bonus Qualification will be extended for another 4 weeks.  Any Distributor you historically sponsored may only be counted or accumulated once.  Their enrollment date is irrelevant.  You may accumulate as many as you personally sponsor.
If you are Over 5 Years in the Program
Help a different personally sponsored Distributor earn a commission check every 16 weeks.  Every time you help another personally sponsored Distributor earn a commission check, you can advance your Leadership Bonus Qualification Date for another 16 weeks.  Any Distributor you historically sponsored may only be counted or accumulated once.  Their enrollment date is irrelevant.  You may accumulate as many as you personally sponsor.
Be available by email and/or phone to both the company and your organization.
Actively train and manage your organization.
Adhere to all Independent Distributor Guidelines including, but not limited to, not participating in any other network marketing company.
Leadership Qualification may be subject to approval from president.

2008 QUARTER 3 EARNINGS *

AS OF 10/08 THE NUMBER OF CURRENT YOR DISTRIBUTORS WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMISSIONS, BONUSES OR OVERRIDES IS 571OR 48.19% OF SUCH DISTRIBUTORS.

AS OF 10/08 THE MEDIAN AMOUNT OF COMMISSIONS, BONUSES AND OVERRIDES RECEIVED BY ALL CURRENT DISTRIBUTORS IN YOR IS $146.57. 74.10% OF ALL CURRENT DISTRIBUTORS HAVE RECEIVED, IN THE AGGREGATE, LESS THAN THIS AMOUNT. 25.90% OF ALL CURRENT DISTRIBUTORS HAVE RECEIVED, IN THE AGGREGATE, MORE THAN THIS AMOUNT.

AS OF 10/08 THE AVERAGE AMOUNT OF COMMISSIONS, BONUSES AND OVERRIDES THAT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY ALL CURRENT YOR DISTRIBUTORS IS $498.85.
