Whitelisting

To ensure that you receive our announcements and other communication we ask that you take a moment to add noreply@yor.com and customercare@yor.com to your "safe" or permitted email sender list. This process is also known as "whitelisting".

Adding our email address to your list of accepted email address senders or to your address book may ensure that you receive messages from YOR. Please refer to instructions for your email service provider or spam-filtering software.

EMAIL WHITELISTING

Google Mail (Gmail)
If you find a message wrongly classified as spam, you can unmark the message. Just select the message, and click Not Spam along the top of your Spam label. Unmarking a message moves it to your inbox.
If you find that some senders' messages are consistently being mislabeled as spam, you can prevent this by adding noreply@yor.com and customercare@yor.com to your Contacts list. Gmail will deliver messages from members of your Contacts list to your inbox, unless they meet these criteria.
