Directions:
As a dietary supplement test your tolerance by taking one (1) capsule in the morning with 8 oz. of water with or without food. If well tolerated take another capsule four (4) hours later. After tolerance test, you may take up to 3 capsules per day. Do not take after 5PM, as it may cause sleeplessness. DO NOT EXCEED THREE (3) CAPSULES DAILY.
